• For new and old users, we hope to design a helpful interactive tool – Design A Window – that will direct you to the appropriate window hardware.

Please know that we strongly encourage a dialogue throughout this process to ensure the subtleties and nuances of counterbalance technology are finding their way into your window design. We call this “Caldwell Approved” certification. Without it, we find too many instances of sad endings to great beginnings!
