ULTRA-LIFT®

ULTRA-LIFT® is a .670” diameter hybrid balance ideal for heavier window sash applications. Single pair capacity up to 80 pounds and as much as 160 pounds when used in a tandem application. By combining the best qualities of torsion spring, extension spring, and spiral rod technologies, the ULTRA-LIFT balance will consistently deliver exceptional AAMA Class 5 performance. Each balance is custom-made to fit a given sash weight, and is pre-tensioned so that it optimally operates the heavier residential or commercial window sash, with a manageable effort. Installation is simple, quick and easily understood.
