Customer Service

What is your balance warranty period?
Within a 10 year period, Caldwell will replace or repair in our factory any Roller-Tilt, Quick-Tilt, Series 86, Series 86xt, Series 86hp, Series 97, Series 97t, Series 97i, Alumatilt, Insul-tilt, or Spiromite Balance found to be defective in materials or manufacture.

Within a 5 year period, Caldwell will replace or repair in our factory any Ultra-Lift
Balance found to be defective in materials or manufacture.

Note that the 10 year warranty period for all our balances (with the exception of Ultra-lift) is longer
than previously offered (5 years). Caldwell began offering a 10 year warranty in 2003.
